Refund Policy

1. Free Courses

Free courses do not involve any payment and therefore are not subject to refunds.

2. Paid Courses

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not happy with a paid course, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of purchase, if you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@secondmountainconsulting.net with your order details.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • You have completed more than 30% of the course.
  • A certificate of completion has been issued for the course.
  • The course was purchased during a promotional offer that stated non-refundable terms.
4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Upon refund, access to the course will be revoked.
5. Course Access Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will do our best to resolve access issues promptly.
